Called “The Biggest Little City in the World”, Reno, is about 22 miles from Lake Tahoe on the Nevada-California border. It’s not only known for its gaming and entertainment industry but more recently for  healthcare, startups, manufacturing and technology-based industries. The Reno Business Unit is a pretty big thing in this “small town” led by SVP Matt Clafton. The team has built a variety of projects including a breathtaking commercial ski lodge, an ENR Best Projects Award winning Mini Cooper car dealership, a maternity healthcare facility and a build-to-suit 748,650 SF warehouse/distribution facility for Petco.
