2000

Alston Construction started its work with government entities in 2000, building the William Ridgeway Courthouse in Sacramento. This would lead the way to several other government projects for city, county, state and federal government clients.

1999

April 1999 saw the first contract initiated as Alston Construction. Alston also completes the 767,770-square-foot Hewlett-Packard facility in Roseville, California.

1998

Alston Construction is incorporated. Three companies come together to form Alston Construction – Boomer Construction, Inc., Loorz, Inc. and PCM Builders, Inc.

1997

Alston Construction (DBA Nathan Construction, Inc.) begins work on an 80,000 square-foot retail facility for Friedman Brothers in Ukiah, California.

1996

Construction on two facilities for Monterey Jet Centers featuring two hangers each begins in Monterey, California.

1995

Alston Construction (DBA Boomer Construction, Inc.) delivers a warehouse for Mondavi Wine.

1994

Alston Construction (DBA Boomer Construction, Inc.) begins work on the Golden Eagle Distributing office in Rocklin, California.

1993

Alston Construction (DBA Nathan Construction, Inc.) finishes construction on the Stationers Distributing Company distribution center in Sacramento, California.

1992

Alston Construction (DBA Nathan Construction, Inc.) completes construction on the Mazda parts distribution center in Woodland, California.

1991

Alston Construction (DBA Nathan Construction, Inc.) delivers the Stuart Hall Company facility in Woodland, California.
