Alston Construction is excited to welcome TC Aric as Business Development Manager for our Cold Storage Team. TC brings a strong background in the temperature-controlled construction and cold chain industry, along with a passion for building relationships and delivering solutions that help clients succeed.

Prior to joining Alston, TC spent several years supporting the cold storage market, working closely with owners, developers, and industry partners on controlled-environment projects. His experience includes business development and sales leadership within the cold storage sector, as well as expertise in specialized building systems and solutions that serve refrigerated and frozen facilities. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran and a CEBA Professional, bringing a disciplined, client-focused approach to every relationship.

Based in Nashville, TC will focus on expanding Alston’s presence throughout the cold storage industry, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of our national Cold Storage Team. His industry knowledge, commitment to service, and enthusiasm for the cold chain make him a valuable addition to the team.
