This state-of-the-art facility, designed by Arete Design Studio, spans 80,000 square feet and includes luxury office spaces, a cutting-edge test kitchen, backup freezers, and one of the nation’s largest dry-aging rooms at 4,000 square feet.

The award is a testament to the dedication and excellence of our project team, who delivered the facility ahead of schedule to meet our client’s needs with unmatched efficiency and quality.
