There are over 665,000 U.S. veterans working in the construction industry. Each year, more than 200,000 service members return to civilian life and over 15% of all veterans enter the construction industry. In construction, the entire project team is ultimately working towards one common goal–the successful completion of a building. Military personnel often share the same mission-driven mindset learned from their time in service.
