Construction is now underway for 2 new industrial, transfer facilities in Montgomery, Illinois. Park 529 is located on Commerce Drive.

Alston Construction and the development team held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 2 buildings on September 27.

The 21-acre site will have two buildings, one at 31,094 square feet and the other at 46,163 square feet. They will also feature a total of 6,662 square feet of office space and 157 dock doors. The site will have space for a 148-car and 391-trailer parking space.

It is designed by Gleason Architects, and Alston Construction is the general contractor. Construction is slated to be completed by early summer of 2023.
