This 200,000 SF tilt‐wall warehouse facility on a 12 acre site features steel columns and bar joists with a TPO roof, upblast exhaust fans and wall louvers (3 air changes) 30 overhead doors with dock levelers and seals, 6,000 SF of office space. The project was fast tracked and was completed in 7 months.
