Made with natural local stones – Colorado sandstone and slate – this building houses top-secret operations and includes GSA PBS-P100 security measures. More than 2 million linear feet of data and electrical cabling was installed along with a high security Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) rated by the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy.
This building features 86 offices, 28 conference rooms, three boardrooms, six breakout areas/breakfast bars, six huddle areas, training centers, a 4,000-square-foot conference center, two demonstration and simulation centers, a cafeteria and food prep area for 400 personnel, and a 10,000-square-foot data center on first floor.
