In our role as the design-builder, we lead the design-build team, enabling us to concurrently develop project estimates and schematic design documents.
For Nestle Waters of North America’s new facility in Denver, the design-build method was new, but Alston Construction’s team took the challenges of an extremely tight schedule and working with four different bottling-line equipment subs to finish the new 200,000-square-foot bottle manufacturing facility on-time and with savings to the owner.
Nestle Waters is now a three-time repeat client of Alston Construction.
