Costeaux Bakery is a 30,000 SF single story, tilt‐wall building with a clear height of 19’ AFF, designed to house a bakery, and located in Santa Rosa on a +/‐ 116,597 SF site, The full build out of bakery area includes a concrete walled scullery room, a 3,000 SF office space, and 27,000 SF production area. The project includes production area lighting, utility rooms framing, dock equipment, trench drains, interior curbs, equipment hookups and venting for tenant supplied bakery equipment.
