Slide1 Steve Ahmad Assistant Project Manager “In the time that I have been with Alston Construction, I’ve been able to achieve career milestones, enhance my industry knowledge and relationships, and move forward in my career by starting as an Intern, then Project Engineer, and now as an Assistant Project Manager. Alston Construction provides the resources, benefits, and support network all the while helming a culture that puts families first, encourages colleagues to be a part of the Alston team, and has a health and safety lifestyle standard that ensures longevity with peace of mind.”

Slide1 Andrew Gardner AC – Project Engineer “I was extended an offer to intern for Alston Construction in February 2015, and was promoted to a full time Project Engineer position one year later. During my year of internship, I was exposed to multiple career paths that the construction industry had to offer, including preconstruction, project management, and field supervision. Thanks to that time, I was already able to put the knowledge I learned in the classroom to use in the field before I even graduated, which gave me a huge advantage over many of my peers.”
