Carson City, Nevada — (June 4, 2026) – Alston Construction has been awarded the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau (LCB) Office Annex project in Carson City, Nevada, further expanding the company’s growing portfolio of complex institutional and office developments throughout the state.
The approximately 88,712-square-foot, three-story office annex is located in downtown Carson City. Site work has begun, with exterior completion targeted for mid-November 2026 and full project completion anticipated in the Summer/Fall of 2027.
Designed with a modern civic aesthetic that complements the neighboring Legislative Building, the new facility will feature three-story concrete tilt-up construction with panels reaching nearly 55 feet in height, along with granite and ACM metal panel exterior finishes. The building will also incorporate a complete rooftop solar system and lightning protection system.
