Alston Construction is proud to announce that the Ashley at the Curve project in Las Vegas has received the Retail Building Spotlight Award from NAIOP Southern Nevada during the organization’s 29th Annual Spotlight Awards. The awards ceremony was held on February 28 at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and recognized outstanding commercial real estate projects completed across Southern Nevada.

Located in southwest Las Vegas near Sunset Road and the 215 Beltway, Ashley at the Curve serves as a flagship retail destination for Ashley Furniture Industries. The development includes an 88,000-square-foot, two-story showroom paired with a 218,000-square-foot, 2-story warehouse and distribution facility, creating one of the largest Ashley locations in North America.

Situated on approximately 20 acres, the project was designed to deliver an immersive retail experience while supporting Ashley’s regional distribution needs. The showroom features curated product displays, interactive design areas, and integrated smart-home technology to enhance the customer shopping experience.

The NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards recognize excellence in commercial real estate development across categories including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Ashley at the Curve was selected as the Retail Building category winner, highlighting the project team’s commitment to design, construction quality, and impact on the local commercial real estate landscape.
