Commitment to Safety and Quality

Safety and quality are foundational to Alston’s culture. The Mission Critical division integrates award-winning safety programs with proactive high-risk activity planning, lean construction practices, and energy isolation protocols designed for mission-critical environments.
Quality and commissioning are treated as continuous processes beginning in preconstruction and extending through turnover. Alston’s integrated QA/QC and commissioning program is modeled after the USACE Three-Phase Control System and enhanced by Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) technology to ensure zero punch list turnover.
