Lea Cheshareck, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of industry experience, has joined Alston Construction as Business Development Manager.

A graduate of North Central College in Illinois, Lea brings a diverse background and extensive expertise to her new role. Her deep knowledge of the Phoenix construction landscape and the Cold Storage sector makes her a key asset in advancing Alston’s strategic growth initiatives.

Lea is an active member of several industry organizations, including GPEC, NAIOP, SEDC, LCI, DBIA. Her commitment to professional development and industry collaboration aligns perfectly with Alston Construction’s focus on innovation and best practices.
In her new role, Lea will be instrumental in cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued success of Alston Construction in this dynamic and evolving market.
