We’re proud to announce that Alston Construction has been awarded First Place in the 2025 AGC Build Georgia Awards for our outstanding work on Project Archer, a transformative 1.4 million square foot fulfillment center located in Hampton, Georgia.
This project stands as an example of how thoughtful design, execution, and partnership can create lasting impact—not only through the built environment, but also in the communities we serve. Project Archer is now one of the largest employers in the area, bringing over 750 new jobs to Hampton with the potential to grow to 1,200 positions.
From early planning to final delivery, our team and partners demonstrated relentless commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. It’s because of their expertise and collaboration that Project Archer has earned this recognition.
A special thank you goes to Senior Superintendent Phil Noblett, who accepted the award on behalf of our project team at the AGC Build Georgia ceremony. His leadership on site was instrumental in ensuring our high standards were not only met—but exceeded.
We extend our gratitude to AGC Georgia for honoring our team with this award and for highlighting the role construction plays in strengthening Georgia and the southeast’s economic future.
Congratulations again to everyone involved in this incredible achievement!
