Alston Construction and Phelan Development initiated their first collaborative project, Phelan Pecos Center I, by commencing construction at the beginning of March. Located on East Pecos Road in Mesa, Arizona, this project consists of three speculative warehouse facilities totaling 476,898 SF. Building A is 223,389 SF with a 36’ clear height. Building B is 107,555 SF and Building C is 140,026 SF, both with a clear height of 32’.

Mayor John Giles and Councilmember Scott Sommers spoke at the ground-breaking event for the new development project on behalf of the City of Mesa. The buildings were designed by Calvin J. Coatsworth Architects, PC. Expected completion for this project is the first quarter of 2024.
