Alston Construction, Transwestern Development Company, Architects Plus, and Ruekert Mielke broke ground on the Milwaukee Spec Industrial project. The project is located on a 33.56-acre site off of W. Brown Deer Road near Interstate 41 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The speculative park has a 61,906 square foot facility with a 32′ clear height and a divisible, 357,753 square foot speculative warehouse with a 36′ clear height. Both buildings have ESFR fire sprinklers, a total of 42 docks, 283 parking spaces, and 81 trailer parking spaces. The project is expected to be complete by the third quarter of 2023.
