Construction is now underway for a new cross-dock speculative warehouse park in Northwest Houston. Park 529 is located on Signat Drive near Texas Highway 290 and 6.

Cabot Properties, Panattoni Development Company, Alston Construction, and others held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 353,600-square-foot park on September 13, and mobilization took place immediately following the ceremony.

The 22-acre site will have two cross-dock buildings, one at 160,160 square feet and the other at 193,440 square feet. They will also feature 102 dock doors, 8 drive-in doors, and a 32’ clear height for future tenants. The site will have space for a 210-car parking lot.

It is designed by Method Architecture, and Alston Construction is the general contractor. Construction is slated to be completed by late spring of 2023.
