Lovett Industrial and Alston Construction are about to break ground on Texport Logistics in Wilmer, Texas. The project is an 836,490 square foot, tilt-wall warehouse on a 40-acre site. The project is expected to be complete in 10 months after construction start. Designed by Ware Malcomb, the project will be a part of the country’s fastest-growing warehouse and distribution market.

This is the second project built by the Lovett Industrial and Alston Construction. They are currently building a 1 million square foot facility outside of Houston in Missouri City.
