Our Project Management staff direct and oversee the operations and activities of our projects, working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors/vendors throughout the life of the project. These individuals also manage the project schedule, costs, and overall budget.
Our Superintendents provide the job-site management of our projects, including the coordination and oversight of onsite personnel and subcontractors. These individuals are also integral to maintaining a safe work site.
Our Preconstruction and Estimating staff is responsible for the preconstruction phase of projects, providing thorough, accurate and competitive cost estimates through all phases of design, from concept to construction and permit documents.
