Nashville, TN – Alston Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Wayne Francis to Vice President/General Manager of our Nashville office. With nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Wayne has a proven track record of success and leadership.

Wayne joined Alston in 2020 as Project Director, where he quickly demonstrated his expertise in construction management and his dedication to client satisfaction. Prior to joining Alston, Wayne gained valuable experience working with other construction companies in various roles, including preconstruction and project management.

Wayne’s passion for construction was sparked by his father, who retired from the United States Air Force and went on to start a small electrical contracting business. Wayne followed in his father’s footsteps, becoming an apprentice electrician before transitioning to construction management.

In addition to his successful career in construction, Wayne is also an accomplished musician, playing guitar in a local rock band. In his free time, he loves taking on large-scale renovations to improve his home.

As Vice President/General Manager of Alston Construction’s Nashville office, Wayne will oversee all aspects of the office’s operations, including project management, business development, and client relationships. His extensive experience and leadership skills make him the ideal choice for this role.
