Repeat client Whirlpool contracted with Alston Construction to complete the Aurora, Colorado distribution facility. The 410,000-square-foot building located outside of Denver earned LEED certification and includes 6,000 square feet of office space on the 32 acre site.
The facility also features:

- 2 drive-in doors
- 40 feet x 50 feet bay spacing
- 32-foot clear height
- 80’ staging bays
- 3,000 amp – 480 volt power supply
